SALES TAX + DUTIES
Prices do not include delivery charges. We retain the right to adjust incorrect prices. Prices shown on our website are in Canadian Dollars. Prices displayed do not include Provincial or Federal Sales Taxes for Canadian customers and they will be added in the check out process. All Canadian customers are subject to applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST) based on your province of residence. Orders placed from outside of Canada are not subject to taxes.
US & INTERNATIONAL
All US and International orders may incur duties and/or taxes levied by the importing country. By purchasing on www.andsonsgarmentco.com you understand that you are responsible for all such charges. Should you refuse to pay duty/tax, your order will be returned to us and you will be credited the amount you paid, less full shipping costs – the shipping cost of sending it back to us + the initial shipping cost of sending the order to you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once a purchase has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as your order is received. An email will also be sent to you once your order has shipped, and will include your tracking number.

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking numbers can also be found once logged in to your ‘my account’ page on www.andsonsgarmentco.com.
If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it. Please note, www.andsonsgarmentco.com does not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarders.

Please note, that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. & Sons Garment Co. will ship within 48 hours after processing has begun and pending credit verification. In order for any transactions to be approved, the billing address and the shipping address must match the address associated with the credit card being used.
Please note, when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

LOST + DAMAGED ITEMS
& Sons Garment Co. is not liable for any damages incurred during transit, and lies within the responsibility of Canada postal service. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. www.andsonsgarmentco.com does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS POLICY
All full-priced items are eligible for a return within 14 business days. Items must be un-worn/un-washed with the original packaging and hangtags attached. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return. If for some reason your purchase did not have any tags attached, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note, www.andsonsgarmentco.com only accepts returns. Should you wish to exchange a product, simply return the product back to us and purchase the new size or style that you are looking for. *please refer to the return process outlined below.
www.andsonsgarmentco.com unfortunately does not accept returns from outside Canada or the USA. All international orders are final sale.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return. All items purchased with a promotional code are also a final sale and not eligible for a return. & Sons Garment Co. does not honour price adjustments.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS
If for some reason you wish to return your purchase, please email email@example.com, with the subject line “Return Request – your name, order number”.
Return requests must be emailed within 7 days upon receipt of your purchase.
In your email please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your request has been emailed and the return is approved, www.andsonsgarmentco.com will provide you with an online return authorization number (ORA#) via email. Please include the ORA# with the package you are returning.
The return process will be completed if the merchandise is returned to www.andsonsgarmentco.com within 14 days from the date your ORA# was issued.
If a return request or returned merchandise falls outside of the seven and fourteen day timeframe, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the return.

Goods returned in a worn or washed condition, and/or without hangtags attached fall outside the return policy guidelines – a refund will not be issued. Item(s) returned without an ORA# will also not be accepted, and will be sent back to you at customer’s expense. www.andsonsgarmentco.com reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
